The LA Derby Dolls showcased their up-and-coming skaters on Saturday night with a rare "all-ages" Halloween-themed battle called the Baby Doll Brawl. Aspiring Derby Dolls, who participate in the weekly "Fresh Meat" practices, were formed into two teams named "Toil 'n Trouble" and "Witch Slap" and given a chance to show their stuff. This upcoming weekend is probably the biggest weekend the LA Derby Dolls have had so far. In a first tournament of its kind, the best skaters from Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange County are having it out on a banked track. Looks like Drew Barrymore is a Derby Dolls fan! Awriggggghhht, Drew... we are too! The actress was snapped by LAist Featured Photos Pool contributor rinkrat last night when the Fight Crew met the Tough Cookies--according to rinkrat, "Tough Cookies dominated the Fight Crew to remain undefeated."
