So you've been bowled over by our Best of the Year lists, but do you demand more? Scratch that, do you crave more? Because if you do, you're in luck. Here's a round up of some of 2007's more creative year-end round ups.

LAist continues to cover the Hollywood Writers Strike with visiting guest "strikers" such as KT Tunstall and Presidential candidate John Edwards. To celebrate Veteran's Day, they visited a Civil War reenactment and to celebrate Geography Week, they asked all the Los Angeles City Councilmembers about the districts they represent finding that LA's 180+ official neighborhoods are not easy to define. And to help better understand neighborhoods, the latest Neighborhood Project focused on Franklin Village, where the hipster culture and Scientology meet. In Beverly Hills, one writer takes us on a photo tour of a house that looks like it's straight from Alice in Wonderland. And what's Los Angeles without a University of California sociology of sexuality class being taught by pornstars?

KT Tunstall was supposed to play Leno and Carson Daly's shows this week while she was in town. But since the strike happened she figured "how about playing in front of NBC?" When a better location down the street in front of the Disney gates was suggested she took her guitar and tambourine and supported the writers with three tunes, two of her own, and in the video below you will see her do...

Yesterday we interviewed Scottish sensation KT Tunstall before she played to a sold-out Avalon, and we featured her in Tonight in Rock. Today we are receiving word that she is going to be playing at an address that sure sounds like NBC in Burbank to us. as many of you may or...

Are Ben Stiller, Christina Applegate and Taye Diggs American Idol groupies? While they weren’t the only celebs that Fox tcaught on camera at the Kodak, the sightings show how much this pop competition has become a red-hot ticket in Hollywood.

While listening to dj-less Star 98.7 on our way to work this morning, we heard KT Tunstall’s “Black Horse and The Cherry Tree,” a pop song with folky edges that’s making its way up the charts. (For those who aren’t familiar with the song, it’s the song that contestant Katherine McPhee sang on her knees during American Idol on Tuesday night.)
