Comedian, TV Host and West Hollywood Halloween Carnival Queen Chelsea Handler and her little nugget assistant Chuy were out on Santa Monica Promenade (near Arizona) today displaying "Plush Potties." Just think fancy port-a-potties with fireplaces, flat screen TVs and most importantly, an extremely clean environment.

One of Hollywood's most offensively funny and wickedly hot (sorry boys, she only likes silver foxes) comedians, Chelsea Handler of E!'s Chelsea Lately will be named "Queen of the Carnival" at West Hollywood's annual Halloween party next week Friday night. And not to leave her little nugget of an assistant out of it, Chuy will be crowned “Little King of the Carnival.”

Everyone who knows me knows about my undying love of all things Sarah Silverman. I adore her edgy fearlessness and her complete inappropriateness. But…there may be a new idol on my block, named Chelsea Handler -- a comedienne, actress, and now writer. Her new book, My Horizontal Life: A collection of One Night Stands, is out. And it’s amazing.

Apparently this city really loves its awards shows and the sinister underbelly of The Cos. LAist had one of its biggest weeks yet and for that we say, "thank you." Hopefully, next week, some former child actor will hijack an orange line bus and we can continue appealing to the masses.
