Los Angeles Firefighters who were reporting to a dumpster fire this morning before 7:00 a.m. discovered a dead body set on fire. After extinguishing the fire on the 1300 block of East 15th Street near Central Ave. and the 10 Freeway, first responders called LAPD who in turn sent out homicide detectives. Police are not sure if the body was dumped there and then put on fire or not, according to Officer April Harding.......
