UCLA Undie Run Spring 2007 Photo Essay

We've never been bigger Bruins fans during March Madness, and we're not talking about basketball. Hundreds -- possibly thousands -- of coeds stripped down for the traditional UCLA Undie Run. This edition had a slightly modified course that kept the run on campus, starting in front of the fraternities and ending in a fountain by Royce Hall.
LAist was on the scene to provide complete coverage of the uncoverage. In this post you'll find out why UCLA and the Playboy Mansion are neighbors. In the future we'll show you the funniest costumes, people climbing random objects, and some eye candy for the ladies.
But today we'll focus on the girls, girls, girls (after the jump) ...

Not bad, but as someone who ran the Michigan Naked Mile (before it got ruined), I have to say, it seams like a kinda weak effort.

josh, did you just try to diss a run of hundreds of beautiful ucla coeds by comparing it to something that doesnt even really exist now... in michigan?
your vision is as faulty as your spelling.
Josh, who would you rather see stripped down ... Michigan coeds who haven't seen the sun for months or California girls who frolic in the sun year-round? Not to mention that a little cover up encourages a better turnout of hot girls and probably a few less creepy dudes.

I'm glad people are keeping the traditional alive.
Only one thing...I know its more exciting to see girls in their underwear but maybe a photo journal of the actual event rather then a bunch of pictures of naked chicks would have been better.
I'm sure there were OTHER guys there besides just the photographer.
Just a thought.
Oh btw, friends were telling me the Victoria's Secret near campus (Westfield mall) was totally jammed up with students buying undies and choosing what to wear. Ridiculous!
Wow. So many slim thighs, flat abs and bouncy coed booty as yet untainted by years of dietary abuse, childbearing or the chaos and disappointments of life. Sniff sniff... I miss those days. :)
If some of you spent more time "reading the article" instead of looking at the pics, you'd know that we'll (un)cover guys and the crowd shots in an upcoming post. :-)

they'd never survie one at USC... as an alumni I can say this for sure... but dont worry... just as much delicious sin and spectacle takes places in private

What always amazes me is the people who show up for these things and then don't go all the way.
In the Naked Mile there were always the people still wearing panties..
Here, there's girls still wearing sweaters. What's the point? If you're going to live life, live it. Don't worry about a safety net.
